Our pricing is as follows: $518 per day for a semiprivate room and $529 for a private.

Overview of Types of Professionals and Training

We employ RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s at the facility and are constantly doing Inservice training to keep everyone up to date.

Measures for Residents' Safety and Well-being

We have staff 24 hours a day. We do 2-hour safety checks.

Resources and Support for Transition into the Community

Yes, we will perform assessments to find out her likes and dislikes when it comes to food and activities. I also do a daily check-in as well to help.

Transportation Services for Residents

We have a transportation company through Elderwood, but most of the time we use outside sources such as Buffalo Transportation, Aries, etc.

Dining Experience

The residents can eat in their rooms, or in the dining room. We have a daily special and an always available menu.

Process for Handling Complaints or Issues

They are able to speak with their social worker, or we have a suggestion box as well.

Communication Policy with Resident’s Families

We have care plan meetings every three months. You are also able to call and speak with a nurse or social worker or you can come and visit. We have preferred visiting hours from 10-7.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer respite. It is the same daily rate as Long Term Care and we have a 7 day minimum.

Pet-friendly Community

Yes! As long as they are up to date with all of their vaccinations.

COVID and Flu Vaccinations

Yes, we offer all vaccinations at the facility.

Aging in Place

We are really the last place to age. There are very few things we cannot manage here (vents being one of them). To get on the waiting list, please fill out the attached application.
