Overview on our Staff and Training

We have an RN who oversees our community along with a Licensed Vocational Nurse and CNAs who work in our wellness department. Our dietary program menus are reviewed by a Registered Dietitian. All our staff are trained according to regulatory compliance with additional department training for new hires and ongoing needs. Medication Techs are delegated by a Registered Nurse.

Safety and Wellbeing of our Residents

We have 24-hour care staff. We also have a call system to ensure availability and, in the case of an emergency, we contact 911.

Resources/Support Services

Each resident has the option of utilizing their physician or we also have a visiting physician group that are an option as a third-party provider to visit residents in our community. We can also coordinate with physicians to allow our residents to utilize a partnership with our own on-site physical therapist group. We also have a podiatrist that visits the community on a routine basis.

Transportation

We offer transportation services within a 15-mile radius to physician or healthcare appointments as well as outings with our activity programs to include grocery outings and entertainment-type events that are local to our community.

Dining Experience

Dining is all day from 7am-7pm. We currently offer a variety of two entrée choices for lunch and two for dinner as well as an extensive, always-available menu. We also host a food committee meeting monthly for residents to make suggestions on likes/dislikes. Snacks are available.

Resident/Family Complaint

There is a grievance form that is available to fill out at our concierge desk. Additionally, they have access to visit any one of our management team or Executive Director at any time. Our doors are always open.

Communication with Residents’ Families

We have a care plan for each resident and review with families as any change is needed. We utilize phone and email communications to families to keep them informed. The management team is available to have one-on-one meetings to discuss any issues, concerns, progress, and positive engagement.
