Our Assisted Living rates run from $3639/mo. for a companion studio to $5459/mo. for a Jack/Jill combo suite.

Our rates are all-inclusive. You won’t see an increase in the monthly fee due to levels of care.

Available on a per diem basis, with cost dependent on the length of stay.

Accommodation Types

The community offers a range of unit styles, with the price varying depending on the selected unit. Each unit is designed to cater to the diverse preferences and needs of the residents.

Pet Policy

Pets such as dogs and cats are welcome in the community, provided that residents can independently take care of their pets.

Moving Assistance

The facility has recommendations for staff or moving companies to assist new residents with their move. However, family members are also welcome to help with the moving process if they prefer.

Transportation Services

Eden Hill offers transportation services for its residents, including a van for outings and appointments. The specifics of transportation, such as the travel radius and destinations, are detailed within the contract.

Dining Experience

The community boasts a wide variety of food selections, including an alternate menu to accommodate different tastes. Residents are provided with three meals a day, with no specific staple foods as preferences vary among individuals.

Staff and Training

The staff at Eden Hill are well-trained, undergoing both on-the-floor and computer-based training. They adhere to state-regulated training guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care and service.

Safety Measures

Eden Hill has implemented various safety measures, including optional pendants for residents and standard safety checks. The memory care unit features a state-of-the-art visual system that can be customized for each resident.

Handling Complaints

If a resident has a complaint, it is filed with the leadership team, investigated, and the resident is informed of the results of the investigation, ensuring transparency and resolution.

Family Communication

The community maintains open communication with residents' families, with no policy restrictions. They have recently integrated a new software system to enhance activity communication and also engage in direct email and one-on-one conversations for any concerns.
