About Eden Supportive Living

Eden Supportive Living serves young adults with physical disabilities, ages 22-64, who might otherwise have to reside in nursing homes or less than adequate housing. Eden meets the need for a community that pairs apartment-style housing, 24-hour support staff, a full dining program, housekeeping, and lots of tender loving care.

Accessible Living Environment

Eden provides 100% ADA accessible apartments in an environment designed to preserve privacy and autonomy, while emphasizing health and wellness for persons otherwise needing nursing facility care. At Eden, a person can live amongst their peers in an exciting neighborhood, while taking comfort in knowing there are licensed health professionals available to assist with daily living activities or health emergencies. Public transportation is easily accessible and Wrigley Field and Lake Michigan are only a few minutes away. The interior of the facility offers numerous choices of common areas including a theater room, two exercise areas, a library, computer room, and multiple places to just sit and relax.

All-Inclusive Living

For a simple, single monthly fee, everything is covered: rent, utilities, three daily meals, housekeeping, and laundry, assistance with transportation, personal care, and even medical reminders. Qualified residents eligible for financial assistance under Medicaid may be able to receive financial assistance for their care at Eden. We are one of only a few options for this population that accepts both private-pay and Illinois Medicaid.
