Pricing for private pay is anywhere from $275 - $325 per day depending on the room.

We accept Medicaid and Medicare along with a couple other managed care plans.

Staff and Services

We have Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s), Registered Nurses (RN’s), a Dietician, Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech Therapists (ST). Local physicians from two hospitals round at our facility twice a week. We also have social services that help transition residents to the community or other safe places like Assisted Living Facilities (ALF’s).

Behavioral Health

We have contracts with behavioral health professionals and offer psychiatric therapy via trained professionals.

Wound Care

We have a contract with ProHealth to round with our wound nurse and care for residents with wounds.

Transport and Scheduling

We offer transport and scheduling for all our residents to get to their appointments.

Dining

Residents can dine in our dining room or in their rooms. Our facility offers delicious food.

Social Services

Our social services team helps resolve grievances for both residents and staff. We also update families on any changes in health or incidents. Our facility is open 24 hours, and families can visit or call anytime to speak with us or the resident about their status, if they are listed as a contact in the resident's chart.

Respite Care

We offer respite care, which can be paid privately. Alternatively, if a hospice company is paying for the respite, they can arrange for that as well. The cost is the same per day, depending on the room, which ranges from $275 to $325.

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly for visits but do not allow pets to stay here.

Vaccinations

We offer flu vaccinations, but COVID-19 vaccinations would need to be administered through the resident's healthcare provider.
