We are a Boutique Community

Small and private (only 32 apartments) with a homey, warm feel. We offer lots of activities daily including exercise, outings, garden club, walking club and so much more. Our community is private pay, so our residents receive the best of everything.

Assisted Living and Memory Care

Although we’re an assisted living center/Memory Care (for those who need some extra help), we have a full-time staff nurse who is on-call 24/7 and around-the-clock care and med staff. We are not a nursing home! This is an apartment community – with “extra” help as needed, but can provide higher level care until end-of-life with the help of our Home Health Partners. We are an integrated community. This means we have residents with and without memory challenges. Many of our residents have home health, physical therapy and eventually hospice visits in-community.

Morada Pricing

Morada pricing is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees or charges, and no “meal credits” to increase the monthly rent. We have highly regarded house physicians who visit weekly for residents who wish to be seen.

Our Boutique Apartments Include

• Private bath with large ADA shower
• Large or walk-in closet
• Kitchenette with small refrigerator/freezer and microwave
• Extended cable television included in both living room and bedroom
• Heat and air controls in each apartment
• Staff-alert pull cords in each room, plus “Morada Alert” pendants for every resident in case they’re not close to an alert pull cord

• We have a large, quiet courtyard with covered patios which is beautifully enhanced by our staff and community garden club
• Our library nook is maintained by the Midwest City library who supplies senior-friendly books, plus we have an extensive private library for residents and their families
• Dorset Place Assisted Living and Memory Care has a full-service salon for both men and women – cut, color, perms
• Our executive chefs cook almost everything from scratch. They proudly have a resident satisfaction rating of 100%
• Most of our residents dine in the very social community dining room restaurant-style, but we can deliver for a small additional fee
• Dorset Place Assisted Living and Memory Care residents have full housekeeping and laundry service provided a minimum of once per week which is included in the pricing
• We have full-time maintenance technician on site and on call 24/7
• Our medication staff maintains, orders and distributes medications on a timely basis for all residents needing medication assistance any time – day or night - 24/7/365
• We are an age-in-place community. Residents can move in when they need little care and can stay as they progressively need more. Many residents stay until the end of their life.
• Every resident’s care is totally customized to their specific needs. Whether a resident needs help bathing and dressing or incontinence care, we are not a one-price-fits-all “institution”. We are a care community and can accommodate each person’s individual needs.
• Dorset Place Assisted Living and Memory Care is a "locked" community with regularly changing door codes.
• We are pet friendly for those residents with furry or feathered friends
• We are a 5 Star Community according to Senior Living Advisor. This means that we are the best of the best in assisting living!
