Room Rates

The prices start at $415/day for a semi-private room with no bathroom, $430/day for a semi-private room with a bathroom, and $450/day for a private room with a full bathroom.

Included Services

We provide assistance with ADLs as needed, medication administration, nursing care, physician visits, all meals, housekeeping and laundry. Our rates range from $5800-$8500 in the main house depending on the type of room.

Available Rooms

We have 2 rooms available that are single bedrooms with no bathroom for $6000/month. We also have a 1 bedroom with a shared full bathroom for $6500/month.

We are currently working on our new brochure since being acquired by Alliance Health Care and will send you our new one when it is completed.

Overview of Our Staff and Their Training

We have a diverse team of professionals at our facility, each playing a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to our residents. Our staff includes:

• Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who handle all medication and treatments.
• A physician who visits the facility every two weeks and is available on-call as needed.
• A nurse practitioner specializing in skin care to address needs such as skin tears and rashes.
• Another nurse practitioner who offers mental health assessments and recommendations.
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• A Nursing Director who oversees the nursing department.
• A Staff Development Coordinator responsible for providing educational programs and training for our staff.
• An Administrator who oversees all departments and manages the facility operations.
• An Activities Director who organizes programs throughout the day.
• Cooks and dietary staff, as well as housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance personnel.

All employees undergo training and are either certified or licensed to ensure high-quality care for our residents.

Measures for Resident Safety and Well-being

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented several measures:

• Alarms on all doors and secure entry to prevent unauthorized access.
• Cameras installed at each entrance and in the parking lot for surveillance.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We offer support during the transition into our facility through our social worker and the collective efforts of our staff.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for residents to and from medical appointments.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is tailored to provide nutritious and enjoyable meals for our residents, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions.

Complaint Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they have several options:

• File a complaint with the Ombudsman or social worker.
• Address the complaint through the resident council.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families. We notify families of any changes in condition or incidents involving their loved ones and provide updates via phone or email.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at a cost of $325 per day.

Pet Policy

While we have therapy dogs that visit, pets do not live in the facility.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid vaccinations and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place. Currently, we have a waiting list for our 9-bed nursing unit for residents who are dependent on care, but no waiting list for the main house where residents are more independent.
