Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have a diverse range of professionals on our staff including RN, CNA, LPN, MD, RT, SLP, PT, OT. They undergo specific training for medical complexities and services that we provide in our facility, such as Drains, Wound Vacs, Vent management, Trach, HD, Catheters, PEG/GT/JT, and more.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We adhere to the guidelines of the Department of Health (DOH) and maintain communication with epidemiologists. Our Social Workers are trained in patient rights and comply with Nursing Home/SNF requirements to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

Transition into the Community

We support patients transitioning back home after rehabilitation by coordinating Home Care, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and other necessary services to ensure a smooth discharge process.

Transportation Services

All transportation for appointments is coordinated by our Nursing Coordinator. Transportation is provided by a third party and billed to the patient's insurance.

Dining Experience

Our kitchen is Kosher, and all meals are prepared in-house. We cater to patients' dietary needs and preferences to provide a personalized dining experience.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Our staff is open to receiving feedback from residents. Complaints are addressed by the appropriate department based on the nature of the issue.

Cost of Living

Our facility accepts most insurance for Room and Board and rehabilitation services.

Communication with Residents' Families

The charge nurse on each unit is responsible for keeping the patient's proxy or appropriate contacts informed about the patient's status and any changes.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not currently offer respite care services.

Pet-Friendly Community

We only allow certified service animals within our community.

Availability and Waitlist

We have open beds in our rehab unit. There are no vacancies in our Long Term unit, and we do not have a waitlist at this time.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Yes, we encourage residents to get Covid and flu vaccinations within our community.
