Rates are based on your choice of accommodations and the level of care each resident requires.

Base Fee

Our base fee includes your choice of five suite designs, daily meals and nutritious snacks, housekeeping/laundry services and an enriching activity program.

Memory Care

Assisted Living

• Small Studio $6,405

• 2nd Person Fee $1,750

Discovery Commons at Wildewood reaffirms independence, self-esteem and dignity by providing our residents just the right amount of assistance, based upon determination of their needs.

Care Levels

All care levels are determined based upon state assessment guidelines.

One-on-one assistance can be provided by our home health partners at an additional fee; however, all residents are assessed to determine care level needs on an ongoing basis, beginning at a minimum of thirty (30) days after admission, then every 6 months or with any significant changes.
