Unique Floor Plans

Our community has more than thirty unique floor plans currently offering one and two bedroom apartment homes. Some of our homes feature a stack-able washer and dryer, a walk-in shower, terrace access, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and 8th floor mountain views.

Destinations Lynnwood offers amazing features including a fitness center, Yoga Room, two libraries, a large social room, a movie theater room, game/pool table room, craft room, and two courtyards. We also have a lovely sun room and rooftop, including pea patches for gardening, a dog patch, and a BBQ.

Community Involvement

We pride ourselves on community involvement; there are often two or three events every week! We even provide a shuttle service daily to your local neighborhood stores for shopping trips!
