Overview on the Types of Professionals on Our Staff and Their Training

Our staffing consists of our administrative team which includes 2 leasing consultants, an assistant community manager, a community manager, and our event coordinator who is in charge of lifestyle activities, shuttle schedules, and calendar activities. These professionals undergo specific training at our facility to ensure they provide excellent service to our residents.

Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-being of Our Residents

While we cannot guarantee anyone's safety as the landlord, we do have various security measures in place throughout the community. We have driving gates accessible by gate code after hours and a neighborhood watch group that meets once a month. We encourage you to research the area to make an informed decision.

Resources or Support Services for Residents' Transition into the Community

We offer a calendar chat every month as shown in our resident calendar as well as a new resident orientation once a month.

Transportation Services for Residents

We offer a shuttle service that takes our residents to various locations such as restaurants, post offices, banks, grocery stores, malls, casinos, etc.

Dining Experience

We do not offer meals every day as we are more activity-oriented, but we do offer a community dinner once a month where we cater food. We have previously catered John Mulls which our residents often enjoy.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

Residents may come to the office, call us, or put a callback request into our offsite answering service if after hours. They may also send us an email to address any complaints or issues.

Cost of Living in Our Community

The cost depends on your desired floorplan (1 or 2 bedroom), move-in date, and what you are approved for deposit-wise. It is $550 total to apply, including the $300 community fee and the $250 security deposit. If approved with conditions, there will be an additional $300 security deposit at the time of move-in.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

We do not communicate with the families constantly but if a resident neighbor reports not having seen a resident, we will give a courtesy call or knock on the door for a wellness check. We do not discuss any information regarding the resident with anyone not listed on the emergency contact list.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We only offer 12–15-month lease terms at our community.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We allow pets up to 25 lbs.

Waitlist Availability

We do not currently have a waitlist as we have multiple floorplans available for immediate move-in. Please let us know what you are looking for and your move-in date.

COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations

Not at all times; if we do have a blood drive, it is because it’s a vendor-sponsored event. We encourage you to visit your local pharmacy for any desired vaccinations.

Aging in Place

We are an active adult living apartment home community focused on providing a fun, active lifestyle for our residents. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a definitive answer on aging in place.
