Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) available on-site 24/7. All employees undergo training for each position and participate in monthly continuing educational trainings to ensure the highest level of care and expertise.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide nursing on-site around the clock, offer both independent and assisted living options, and include all meals, housekeeping, and maintenance services. Each apartment is equipped with a call system to notify staff when a resident needs assistance. Our on-site nurse allows us to monitor residents' health closely and connect with physicians immediately if necessary.

Transition Support Services

We offer a move-in coordinator and Resident Ambassadors to assist new residents with their transition into the community. Additionally, a resident council is available for new residents to ask questions about community life.

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience features restaurant-style settings with daily specials and a signature side menu for alternative options. We cater to residents with dietary restrictions accordingly.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

The Resident Council meets every other week to address any complaints or issues. Families and residents are encouraged to speak with Department Directors or directly with the Executive Director regarding their concerns.

Cost of Living

We are a private pay community with a 3-year spend-down to Medicaid option for those who qualify. We offer small studios, large studios, and one-bedroom units, with rates ranging from $2800 to $4700. The level of care costs, determined by an assessment from the Director of Resident Services, is separate.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families can communicate directly with Department Directors or set up appointments with the Executive Director as needed. Nursing information can be communicated to the Power of Attorney electronically, and important updates are sent to families via mail and email.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays starting at 2 weeks up to 30 days, with rates determined by assessment.

Pet-Friendly Community

We allow residents to have a dog or a cat, provided they can care for their needs, meet vaccination requirements, and are people-friendly.

Vaccination Services

We offer annual flu shot clinics with Covid booster options and work with local doctor offices to ensure residents receive necessary vaccines.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place, starting as independent residents and receiving nursing assistance in the same apartment as needs arise. We collaborate with local hospice agencies to support residents through the end-of-life process without the need to leave their apartment.

Currently, we do not have a waitlist and operate on a private pay basis with a 3-year spend down option available.
