If you were to come here under a private pay, our private pay rate is $315/day, $9,450/month- we would collect a 30 day check up front upon or before admission.

General Information

All of our rooms here are private with their own private bathroom; all showers are walk-in with a cushioned bench. Each room also comes fully furnished and we always encourage to make your loved one's room feel like home. Our facility is more of a long-term facility vs. rehab and it is a great way to make more friends.

We do not currently have a wait list.

General information:

All of our rooms here are private with their own private bathroom; all showers are walk in with a cushioned bench. Each room also comes fully furnished and we always encourage to make your loved one's room to feel like home. Our facility is more of a long-term facility vs. rehab and it is a great way to make more friends.

Staff:

Our facility has heavy RN staff; we also have LPNs and STNAs that are certified. We have an Assistant Director of Nursing and a Director of Nursing as well.

Ensure Safety:

We will set up a care conference with our Social Worker upon admission to ensure all concerns are voiced. We individualize our care here at Darby Glenn.

Transportation:

We offer transportation and set up appointments as needed.

Dining:

Residents are allowed to eat in their room or out in the dining areas with the other residents. We always encourage to come eat in the dining room as it is a great way to make friends as well. If there is something on the menu for a certain day that the resident does not like, we do have an alternative menu to choose from. Each resident has the menu for the whole month in their room. If they choose to eat off of the alternative menu instead, they would just need to fill out a comfort meal ticket that they will have in their room or at every nursing station. The aides can take these tickets and turn them in, or if the resident is able to they can turn them into the basket by the kitchen themselves.

Complaint/Issue:

At any time if you or the resident have an issue, we are able to set up a Care Conference at any time, the Social Worker will be able to help with this.

Communication:

Nursing can be in the Care Conference and discuss this further with you.

Respite Stays:

We do offer respite stays. Depending on what kind of insurance we may be able to use that to cover a respite stay. If no insurance to cover, it will be private pay of $315/day. We would collect up front again to how ever many days the respite stay would be. A respite stay has to at least be 5 days.

Pet friendly:

We are a pet friendly facility. If you have a pet that would like to visit, we would just need vaccination records. The pet also can not be aggressive in any way.

Covid/Flu Vaccinations:

Nursing can answer these questions during the Care Conference. We do not currently have a wait list.
