Trilogy Standard Training

All our staff receive Trilogy Standard Training with hands-on and online training via our Trilogy University. Updated training is sent out and required to be completed in a timely manner.

24-Hour Care and Facility Features

We provide 24-hour care, with four call lights in each room to ensure that residents can call for help at any time. Our facility includes secured courtyards for residents to enjoy fresh air and a secured building for residents prone to wandering or seeking exits.

Levels of Care

We offer five different levels of care: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Long-term Care. After a year of private pay, and once funds are exhausted, we assist with Medicaid applications to continue to cover long-term care costs.

Transportation Services

Transportation is provided for appointments. We offer a bus with a lift for wheelchair-bound residents and a car for those who can transfer easily or walk with a walker.

Handling Complaints

Complaints at Cypress Pointe are taken seriously. We use a form distributed to each department, escalating to the Executive Director if issues are not resolved. We prioritize meeting standards and quickly addressing concerns.

Communication Protocol

Communication is primarily through one designated person, usually the power of attorney. We rely on this contact to keep the family informed. Care Conferences are held to discuss the resident’s status with leadership and family members.

Family Communication

We do not provide daily updates unless there are concerns regarding medication or behavior. Families are welcome to call daily for updates on their loved ones’ well-being.

Short Term Stays

Short term stays of up to 30 days are available. Costs vary by level of care:

• Assisted Living Respite: $229/day
• Assisted Living Memory Care Respite: $309/day
• Health Center Respite: $489/day
• Health Center Memory Care: $459/day

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome! Visiting pets must be leashed and supervised. Small dogs and cats are allowed to live on-site with their owner for a small fee.

Availability

There is currently a waiting list for Independent Living, but not for Assisted Living.

Vaccinations

Covid and Flu vaccinations are available on campus, coordinated with our medical professionals for residents needing updates or new vaccinations.

Aging in Our Community

Residents can transition to the next appropriate level of care to meet their evolving needs.
