Private Pay Rates (Medications, Transportation, and Nursing Supplies are not included):

• Semi-Private Rate- $185.00
• Private Pay Rate- $260.00

Medicare:

If no prior days have been used at any other facility in this spell of illness Medicare will pay for days 1-20 at 100%. You pay nothing. For days 21-100, Medicare pays all but a daily coinsurance. You are responsible for paying the daily coinsurance. The coinsurance is up to $204 per day in 2024. If you have a Medicare Supplement Insurance policy, there is a possibility the coinsurance could be covered. We will verify your policy for accurate benefit information.

Managed Care:

Is a type of Medicare health plan offered by a private company that contracts with Medicare to provide you with all your Medicare Part A and Part B benefits. If you're enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan, most Medicare services are covered through the plan, and aren't paid for under Original Medicare. The facility admission director will go over with you the benefits your particular Medicare Advantage Plan has. Most Medicare Advantage Plans offer prescription drug coverage.

Medicaid:

The cost for a Medicaid resident who has been approved for nursing home Medicaid is your income minus 75.00. There are certain other things that Medicaid allows the resident to pay for but those will be discussed in your admission meeting.
