Assisted Living Costs
There are three components to the cost for assisted living:
- Food: $773 per month
- Level of Care:
- Level 1: $2,196 per month
- Level 2: $2,957 per month
- Level 3: $4,100 per month
- Rental for Apartment: 30% of the resident's gross adjusted income
Assistance with rent can be offered.
Independent Living Costs
The cost is 40% of the resident's gross income, regardless of the apartment size.

Types of Living Offered
Culpepper Garden offers both Independent Living and Assisted Living options for residents.
Pet Policy
