Support Services for Residents' Transition

To aid residents' transition into our community, we engage our directors and leadership team to proactively get them acclimated. This ensures a smooth and welcoming integration into the community, fostering a sense of belonging from the start.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services to doctor's appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, we organize regular outings for activities and events, with a sign-up calendar available for all residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is centered around our restaurant-style service on the main floor, where residents can order from the menu. We offer daily lunch and dinner specials, and our menu is updated seasonally to provide fresh and varied options.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our process for handling complaints and issues is structured to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Residents are encouraged to voice their concerns, which are then addressed by our dedicated staff in a timely manner.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open and regular communication with the families of our residents. Updates on their loved ones' well-being are provided through various channels, ensuring peace of mind for all parties involved.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Currently, we do not offer respite or short-term stays. Our focus is on providing long-term care and support to our residents.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, recognizing the importance of pets in our residents' lives. We also offer pet therapy sessions 2-3 times a month to enhance the well-being of our residents.

Waitlist Information

The availability of apartments and waitlist status varies by apartment type. While we have availability for our 600 sq foot apartments, there is currently a waitlist for studios, 2 bedrooms, and 480 sq foot apartments.

Vaccination Services

Our community facilitates access to both Covid and flu vaccinations, ensuring our residents can easily receive these important immunizations.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place with the support of our comprehensive care services, including rehab, home health, and hospice. We strive to provide the necessary care and services to allow our residents to remain in our community as long as possible, within the scope of our capabilities as a non-skilled facility.
