Residents at Crestview have access to comprehensive healthcare services, including two full-time Nurse Practitioners (NPs) providing seven days a week coverage, a medical director, and outside physicians who visit regularly. The facility also conducts in-house training for staff to maintain high standards of care.

Staffing

The staff-to-resident ratio is carefully managed to ensure personalized attention. On average, each Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for 10 residents, while nurses typically oversee the care of 20 residents, focusing on medication administration, wound care, and other specialized medical tasks.

Dining Experience

The dining service operates in a cafeteria style, where residents can choose where to sit and enjoy their meals. Due to ongoing health and safety protocols, meals are currently served on trays to residents.

Transportation

For residents requiring transportation to medical appointments, Crestview provides access to Roam Med, a dedicated transport service that ensures residents can attend their healthcare appointments without any hassle.

Vaccination Clinics

The community is proactive in offering vaccination clinics for both the flu and COVID-19, ensuring that residents have the opportunity to receive their vaccinations on-site.

Safety and Security

Crestview prioritizes the safety and security of its residents. The facility's doors are locked from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., with a doorbell system in place for access during these hours. This ensures a secure environment for all residents throughout the night.
