RESPITE FEES:

$205.00 per day plus home care rates for home care services

Emergency Response $33.50 for every 15-minute increment of service.

Pendant Replacement Cost $100.00

Holidays will be billed at two times the normal rate. The following holidays are observed at Crest View Senior Communities: New Year’s, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

If an employee works overtime due to a client’s request, the client will be billed at one and one-half time the normal rate

Scheduled services refused or canceled without a 24-hour notice may be billed to the client.

Effective October 1, 2023
