Overview on the Types of Professionals on Our Staff and the Training They Undergo at Our Facility
All our staff members undergo a 2/3-day onboarding process prior to starting on the floor. After finishing that, our members are set up with a trained preceptor before working alone. After staff have been with us for 60+ days, they are able to complete a few additional trainings to enhance their experience and knowledge.Measures in Place to Ensure the Safety and Well-Being of Our Residents
We have licensed CNA and Nursing staff on-site 24/7. CNAs and nurses perform hourly rounding on all hallways throughout their shifts.Resources and Support Services to Aid Residents' Transition into the Community
We have a preacher and a therapist available to assist if needed. Additionally, we have a Family Ambassador program wherein current family members can serve as resources for new residents' families.Transportation Services for Residents
Yes, we have a campus bus that can take residents to and from appointments for a charge of $42.Dining Experience
We offer an open breakfast from 7-9 AM. Monday through Friday we have a specialty item for breakfast. Lunch is served at Noon, with an option for an open salad bar. Dinner is served at 5 PM, and we provide family-style dining for our residents.Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues
If a resident has a complaint, we ask that they speak to a member of the management team. That leader will then fill out a Concern Form. The chain of command will follow up on the complaint until it is resolved with the resident.Cost of Living in Our Community
Our Assisted Living rooms start at $3,369/month, with a larger room option available at $4,119/month.Policy on Communication with Residents' Families
Our nurses and staff frequently communicate with families. If there is anything unusual in a resident’s daily routine, the nurse will call to notify the family. We also have a Campus Facebook group where families can see updates about our campus activities throughout the week.Short-Term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer short-term respite stays and Adult Day Services. Our respite stays start at $119/day, and our Adult Day services are $22/hour.Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, residents can bring a pet, but it must be approved by our Executive Director before the resident can bring it in.Waitlist Status
We currently do not have a waitlist for our Assisted Living. We do have a long waitlist for residents needing long-term care funded by Medicaid.Covid and Flu Vaccinations in the Community
