Overview on the Types of Professionals on Our Staff and the Training They Undergo at Our Facility

All our staff members undergo a 2/3-day onboarding process prior to starting on the floor. After finishing that, our members are set up with a trained preceptor before working alone. After staff have been with us for 60+ days, they are able to complete a few additional trainings to enhance their experience and knowledge.

Measures in Place to Ensure the Safety and Well-Being of Our Residents

We have licensed CNA and Nursing staff on-site 24/7. CNAs and nurses perform hourly rounding on all hallways throughout their shifts.

Resources and Support Services to Aid Residents' Transition into the Community

We have a preacher and a therapist available to assist if needed. Additionally, we have a Family Ambassador program wherein current family members can serve as resources for new residents' families.

Transportation Services for Residents

Yes, we have a campus bus that can take residents to and from appointments for a charge of $42.

Dining Experience

We offer an open breakfast from 7-9 AM. Monday through Friday we have a specialty item for breakfast. Lunch is served at Noon, with an option for an open salad bar. Dinner is served at 5 PM, and we provide family-style dining for our residents.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

If a resident has a complaint, we ask that they speak to a member of the management team. That leader will then fill out a Concern Form. The chain of command will follow up on the complaint until it is resolved with the resident.

Cost of Living in Our Community

Our Assisted Living rooms start at $3,369/month, with a larger room option available at $4,119/month.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

Our nurses and staff frequently communicate with families. If there is anything unusual in a resident’s daily routine, the nurse will call to notify the family. We also have a Campus Facebook group where families can see updates about our campus activities throughout the week.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term respite stays and Adult Day Services. Our respite stays start at $119/day, and our Adult Day services are $22/hour.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, residents can bring a pet, but it must be approved by our Executive Director before the resident can bring it in.

Waitlist Status

We currently do not have a waitlist for our Assisted Living. We do have a long waitlist for residents needing long-term care funded by Medicaid.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations in the Community

Yes, residents have the option to receive Covid and flu vaccinations upon admitting to our facility as indicated on their Immunization Consent form.

Aging in Place

Yes, we have a full-service skilled nursing side of the facility, allowing residents to age in place.
