My name is Becky Nichols, the Senior Lifestyle Specialist at Coventry Meadows Assisted Living. I was on vacation when we received your inquiry about our community so Rhonda sent you information in my absence. Are you looking for Assisted Living placement for yourself or a loved one? I am happy to provide you with a tour of our community at a time that is convenient for you, so you can see all the benefits our community has to offer. Our Professional Staff and Training

Could you provide an overview on the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? Initial Orientation, Dementia Training and Department Training as required.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? We have cameras throughout our community. We hold daily clinical meetings and Department Manager meetings to discuss our residents' needs or changes in condition.

Transition Support Services

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Our Move-In Coordinator introduces new residents to staff and current residents to help them get comfortable in their new home. We also offer Smart Solutions through our Transition Specialist as they prepare for a move.

Transportation Services

Do you offer transportation services for residents? We offer free transportation to medical appointments 3 days a week and also provide transportation for scheduled activity outings.

Dining Experience

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We offer Restaurant Style Dining.

Addressing Resident Concerns

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? Our Executive Director is available to address any concerns.

Cost of Living

What is the cost of living in your community? Assisted Living - $3385-$4585.

Communication with Families

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Resident representatives are contacted with each change of condition or new orders.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We offer a 3 month Transition Stay but not Respite at this time. Cost is dependent on apartment style chosen and Level of Care.
