• Relias Training for continuous education
• Annual Safety Fair to stay updated on safety protocols
• CPR Certification for all staff members
• Monthly Corporate Training to align with corporate standards and updates

Resident Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed, we follow a strict grievance policy. This involves:

• Documenting and investigating the complaint
• Ensuring the grievance policy is reviewed annually by the state

Communication with Resident's Families

Our policy on communication with resident's families is proactive and transparent. We keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being through:

• Regularly scheduled updates
• Immediate communication in case of any incidents or changes in health status
• Open lines of communication for any inquiries or concerns

Pet-Friendly Community

While we value the companionship pets provide, pets are not allowed in our Assisted Living facility to ensure the safety and comfort of all our residents.

We currently have a waitlist for those wishing to join our community. The approximate wait time is 6 months, but this can vary based on availability and specific needs.
