Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our Assisted Living facility includes a Medical Director, a psychiatrist, RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, Recreation staff, a Social Worker, a Chaplain, a Dietician, Dietary staff, Housekeeping/Laundry staff, Maintenance staff, and security personnel. All staff undergo comprehensive training before starting their employment, including mandatory in-service trainings on safety, resident rights, grievance procedures, clinical practices, dementia care, pain management, and more.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We have a safety committee that meets monthly and employ security personnel to ensure secured buildings. Our Memory Care Unit is specially designed for residents with dementia. We assess all residents with our Life Connect assessment program upon admission, every 120 days, or with a change in condition, to develop a tailored service plan.
Transition Support Services
New residents are welcomed by department heads and provided with a Resident Handbook. Our social worker assesses for any adjustment concerns to aid in the transition into the community.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided for medical appointments and scheduled recreational activities.
Dining Experience
We offer three meals a day, a coffee shop with beverages and snacks, and a variety of nutritious food options. Specialized diets and tray service are available, with a dietitian for consultation.
Grievance and Issue Resolution
Residents can voice grievances without discrimination or reprisal, with a grievance officer ensuring prompt resolution.

LifeConnect profile assessments are reviewed with families every 120 days, and monthly family newsletters are sent out. Staff meetings with families are available upon request.
