• Carlyle is a small, private, family-owned and operated assisted living community. We provide the very best personalized, catered services to seniors as they age.
• Our community is all on one level. Private suites are fully furnished and move-in ready. Many residents/families will bring in personal items and smaller pieces of furniture to create a warm, comfortable setting.
• Our all-inclusive rates include nursing care, memory support, medication administration, dining services, laundry/housekeeping, maintenance, activity programming, and hairdressing services. All utilities are included except for personal phone service.
• We have a primary care physician and nurse practitioner present in our community on a weekly basis.
• Services such as lab, rehab, mental health, podiatry, wound care, dermatology, and palliative/hospice are accessible for our residents. These services are important as a person ages.
• Employee longevity is strongly present promoting continuity of care and open communication.
• Priority to our long-term care communities for medical need or Medicaid transitions.
