Our beautiful community includes spacious studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes boasting large kitchens with full size appliances. Monthly rent on a one-bedroom is $3,449.00. Monthly rent on a two-bedroom is $4,349.00. No second person fee, no deposits, no “buy-in” fees, and no move-in fees. Simply, a month-to-month lease agreement.

Safety and well-being measures for residents

Yes, we have several general protocols such as an access-controlled building, emergency pull-cords, and 24-hour staffing. We also have specific measures like Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), back-up generators, and gluten-free menu options.

Resources and support services for residents' transition into the community

Numerous resources are available and/or provided by our staff and resident ambassadors to aid in the transition.

Process for resident complaints or issues

Our community is staffed 24 hours to listen to resident ideas, concerns, and complaints. Additionally, comment cards are available for residents to share their thoughts.

Policy on communication with residents' families

We use a “Record of Residence” form which allows residents to customize communication preferences with their families about their well-being. This is essentially a detailed emergency contact form.

Availability of short-term or respite stays

Unfortunately, offering short-term or respite stays is very challenging in an Independent Living Community, hence we do not provide this service.

Pet-friendly policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Current waitlist status

We do not currently have a waitlist, but we maintain an Interest List for Two-Bedroom/Two-Bathroom apartments. Occasionally this also applies to Studio apartments.

Covid and flu vaccinations

Yes, residents can get Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in place

Sometimes, residents are able to age in place.
