Care levels are based on estimated hours of assistance we anticipate providing per week. Residents are assigned a personalized care level following a comprehensive assessment by a licensed nurse.

• LEVEL 2 up to 7 hrs/wk $2,500 /mo
• LEVEL 3 up to 10.5 hrs/wk $3,750 /mo
• LEVEL 4 up to 14 hrs/wk $5,000 /mo
• LEVEL 5 up to 17.5 hrs/wk $6,250 /mo
• LEVEL 6 up to 21 hrs/wk $7,500 /mo

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including nurses, caregivers, food & beverage staff, engaged life coordinators, and a general manager. Each staff member undergoes rigorous training specific to their role to ensure they meet the high standards of care and service we uphold in our community.

We have comprehensive measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. These include regular safety drills, 24/7 on-site staff, and state-of-the-art security systems.

Transition Support Services

For new residents, we offer support services to aid in their transition into the community. In Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL), we provide complimentary escort and reminders to attend meals and programs. In Memory Care (MC), we offer one-on-one support for the first three days.

Our residents can enjoy chauffeur services included in their residency, available anywhere in Manhattan with a reservation.

The dining experience at our community is extraordinary, featuring high-quality meals prepared by skilled chefs and a variety of dining options to cater to different preferences and dietary needs.

The cost of living in our community starts at $11,800 for studio apartments.

YES – We offer short-term or respite stays, starting at $13,200 per month plus care costs.

We offer a month-to-month lease. Studios start at $11,100 in a studio and one bedrooms start at $16,200/month.

Monthly Fee Inclusions

• Transportation anywhere within Manhattan 7 x a day - all doctor appointments, to visit family, museums, shopping, etc. Anywhere the resident wishes to go the transportation is provided via our dedicated chauffeured town cars.
