Availability and Capacity

Our community is nearly at full capacity in our memory care services, but we still have availability in our independent and assisted living options. We strive to accommodate the needs of potential residents without the delay of a waitlist.

Resident Engagement and Support

To ensure a smooth transition into our community, we have a dedicated resident engagement director. The director's role includes overseeing our resident ambassador program, which pairs new residents with existing ones who share similar interests. This program helps new members of our community to quickly feel at home and establish meaningful connections.

Transportation Services

Our residents have access to convenient transportation options. We offer personalized travel within a five-mile radius using our house Mercedes vehicles, which can be booked through our concierge service. For group excursions and activities, we utilize a Mercedes Sprinter van to transport residents comfortably and safely.

Professional Staff and Care

Our community is supported by a team of dedicated professionals available around the clock. This includes a 24/7 concierge service, care staff, and a diverse group of directors specializing in wellness, care coordination, food and beverage, and more, all working together to provide the highest level of service to our residents.

Dining Experience

We offer a variety of dining options with three restaurants that cater to different tastes and preferences. From casual dining to more formal settings, residents can enjoy meals at their convenience or opt for room service. Our dining facilities are open from early morning until late evening to accommodate all schedules.

Communication and Technology

Keeping residents informed and connected is a priority. We utilize multiple channels, including monthly newsletters, emails, and a forthcoming app. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with Alexa, enabling us to send push notifications and facilitate easy communication.

Respite Care and Short-Term Stays

Understanding the need for flexibility, we offer both respite care and short-term stay options. These services provide support for caregivers and allow potential residents to experience our community before making a long-term commitment.

Addressing Resident Concerns
