Resident Aides, Certified Nurse Aides, and Certified Medication Aides

All of these individuals oversee the daily cares of our Residents. The Certified Medication Aides provide the medication management to our Residents, and our RN oversees that this is managed correctly. Our staff undergo online training upon hire and annually each year. We also have monthly meetings where we go over policies, procedures, and updates.

Hourly Visual Checks and Emergency Assistance

We provide hourly visual checks on our Residents, and each Resident has an emergency pendant necklace or bracelet that they utilize to call for assistance. Our staff is required to answer their calls within five minutes or less.

Moving Assistance

We work with individuals who can help with moving items from their home and downsizing if needed.

Transportation for Doctor Appointments

We utilize LIFTS Transportation for Doctor appointments outside our community.

Dining Experience

Our Residents have their meals in our dining room and are served at their table. We do not have assigned seating, and they can choose the meal they would like to have each day. They have many choices.

Handling Complaints

If a Resident has a complaint, it is brought to our Director's attention, and she will meet with the Resident and their family to resolve the issue.

Communication

Communication is done through phone calls, email, and text messages. It depends on the importance of the issue or situation.

Respite Stays

We do offer respite stays. It is $200 per day in our Residential Care & $250 per day in our Memory Care, with a one-week minimum stay.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Our Residents need to be able to take care of their pets on their own.

Vaccination Clinics

We do offer Covid vaccinations and flu vaccination clinics.

Aging in Place

Yes, our Residents are able to age in place. We have memory care in our community, and if an individual needs hospice services, they can get them within our community.
