We partner with home health and hospice companies to meet the needs of our residents. An NP visits regularly, facilitating streamlined clinical orders. This helps avoid unnecessary trips to urgent care for issues like suspected UTIs.

Resources for Transitioning Residents

We have resident ambassadors who welcome new residents and help integrate them into the community. Our care staff is adept at supporting residents during transitions, and we offer a Grief Share group for those coping with loss.

Transportation is available for residents from Tuesday to Saturday.

Dining Experience

Our dining room operates from 8am-6pm, allowing residents to dine at their convenience. We offer daily special entrées and an always available menu. Our chef holds biweekly meetings with residents to discuss the menu.

EmpowerMe Wellness provides onsite physical and occupational therapy, allowing residents to maintain strength and activity, billed to Medicare.
