Waitlist and Availability
Yes. We do currently have a one-bedroom opening in April, otherwise, we are on a waiting list with the majority of people pursuing a move this summer.

Staff and Training
Our nursing team will consist of RN, LPN, CNA, and NAβs. They will all have ongoing training provided by Copperfield Hill. We also have staff members for director roles with training specific for their areas of discipline. All staff members are required to pass training at hire date and every year as follows.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our team is required to follow and be trained on protocols with a process and procedure for all various care needs and emergency training. This can be discussed through an in-person meeting.

Transportation Services
We provide transportation to medical, social engagements, and shopping. See attachment.
Dining Experience
Three meals per day are provided. Each resident is able to choose to have some or all meals included based on their preference.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
A resident is able to speak with an assistant manager, director, or executive director to discuss.
Communication with Residents' Families
A family will provide their designated representative for each resident. The family will receive updates with emergencies or follow-ups with a care conference with the nursing team if we are providing nursing services to keep them updated.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not do a respite stay program. Residents sign a lease for a month-to-month lease with Assisted Living or a year lease for Independent Living.
Pet-Friendly Community
Residents may move in with a cat. They are required to provide vaccinations and a deposit.
Vaccination Clinic
We will provide a clinic to host vaccinations for those who choose to participate.
Aging in Place
We offer three levels of care from the same apartment. A secure memory care is also on-site for those who need additional support. Hospice will come into the community to work with a resident in their home with our care team supporting.
