Waitlist and Apartment Availability

Currently, we are accepting new clients on our waitlist who are interested in a 1-bedroom or 1-bedroom and den apartment types, and are looking to move into the community in the short term, less than 1 year if not sooner. Unfortunately, any new clients who need a 2-bedroom or larger would be looking at several years into the future. I have attached the waitlist agreement which you would need to join before we can offer any apartment type, just sign and return with a check to my attention.

There are currently 775 people on the waitlist so if you are looking for a 1-bedroom or 1-bedroom and den apartment you can expect to wait at least 3 – 9 months, possibly sooner. A 2-bedroom could be available within a few years and a 2-bedroom and den would be more like 8-10 years. Another opportunity is to take a smaller apartment sooner then join our internal transfer list and get a larger apartment within 2-3 years and transfer after that. The only way to qualify for a 1-bedroom apartment at Vi is to be a part of the wait list which requires a $500 deposit when signing up, however, that is fully refundable either when you move into Vi or if you decide to be taken off the list, either way, you would receive the $500 deposit back.
