How does pricing work at Vi?

Pricing is comprised of a monthly fee plus an entrance fee with optional return choices. These fees pay for your residence and amenities as well as access to our continuum of care.

What is an entrance fee?

A one-time fee paid when you move into the community, based on the floor plan and repayment option you choose.

What are return options?

Repayment options reflect the amount of your entrance fee that is repaid to you or your beneficiary after termination of your Continuing Care contract, pursuant to the terms of the contract.

What is a monthly service fee?

This helps pay for weekly housekeeping, monthly meal plan, lifestyle programming, group transportation, fitness facilities, classes and more.* Should you move or need to access the Care Center, your monthly fees will not increase.*

*Ancillary fees for extra meals and supplies apply. Annual, community-wide monthly fee increases also apply.

Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff comprises various professionals, including certified nurses, caregivers, physical therapists, and more. Each professional undergoes rigorous training at our facility to ensure they are well-equipped to meet the needs of our residents. This includes continuous education and regular workshops to stay updated with the latest in elderly care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have several measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. All units are equipped with motion detectors that are checked every 12 hours, and each bathroom has pull cords. Additionally, residents have personal help buttons to wear. We also offer 24-hour security and concierge services.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We have a move coordinator to assist with the moving process, and a welcome committee run by residents to help new members transition smoothly into the community.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation for our residents within a 10-mile radius, but we can also go further for a small charge.

Dining Experience

While we are currently remodeling our dining room, our residents continuously rave about the food and our talented chefs.

Process for Complaints or Issues

We have an open-door policy. Residents can approach any department to address an issue, and it can then be escalated up the chain if necessary.

Communication with Residents' Families

Everyone is vigilant about the well-being of the residents. If something seems off, it is reported to our resident services and wellness center, who will then contact the family if any action is needed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer short-term or respite stays unless you are already a resident here.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

We do have a waitlist. A $1500 deposit is required, which is 100% refundable.

Yes, we do have vaccination clinics offering both Covid and flu vaccinations.
