Our common goal is to provide quality care and services that allow our residents to thrive. We offer regular training courses to allow staff to refresh or learn new skills in our industry.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

Our community is gated and secured, with cameras at all entry/exit points and a 24/7 Concierge service monitoring each camera and our main lobby entry/exit area around the clock.

Support Services for New Residents

We offer support services to assist residents and families with their transition into the community. These include onsite health care resources, moving resources, realtor resources, an onsite Resident Ambassador Program, and our onsite Caregiver Support Group.

Transportation Services

Our community has an amazing driver on staff, available to take our residents anywhere within a 10-mile radius of the campus.

Dining Experience

Dining is restaurant-style, offering a variety of menu options from appetizers to desserts. Our professional team of chefs ensures a five-star dining experience with nutritionally balanced, gourmet meals.

Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

Our Executive Director maintains an open-door policy to hear, discuss, and resolve any complaints or issues. Additionally, all team members are empowered to assist when appropriate.

Cost of Living

• Community Fee: $2650 (One-time)
• Second Person Fee: $500 (Monthly)
• One Bedroom: $3235-$3980 (Monthly)
• Two Bedroom: $4270-$4725 (Monthly)

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep residents and families updated through phone calls, emails, and Call-Em-All/Text-Em-All services.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer short-term or respite stays. However, we offer a Be Our Guest stay for prospective residents to experience our community.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Pet Fee: $800 (One-time)

Waitlist Information

We currently have a few one-bedroom options available and only one remaining two-bedroom apartment home, with all other two-bedroom options on a waitlist.

Vaccination Clinics

Our community hosts an annual onsite vaccination clinic for Covid and flu vaccinations.

Age in Place Community Model

We offer a successful age in place community model, with many residents having lived here for several years, some between 5-13 years.

The Conservatory: An Independent Senior Living Community

The Conservatory is an independent senior living rental community offering a 1-year lease term option. We pride ourselves on being an “All Inclusive” community, providing daily social, learning, and fitness programs, live music, and ensuring our residents enjoy a very active, worry-free lifestyle. I am eager to show you around our community so you can meet our vibrant residents.

Here at the Conservatory, we offer spacious one- and two-bedroom luxury apartment homes. Our residences are beautifully designed with full kitchens that include a microwave, stove, and refrigerator, walk-in closets, washer dryer connections, and every apartment features a balcony or patio.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is “gracefully aging in place.” To support this, we currently offer professional health care services on-site. We have a doctor’s office on-site once a week for appointments, eliminating the need for travel. Additionally, we provide physical therapy services, Home Health services, and non-medical services onsite in our building, allowing our seniors to recover from injury and illness while living an independent life.

Exclusive Club Community

The Conservatory at Plano is a fun, exclusive club community. We offer award-winning dining, live entertainment, numerous daily activities, a fitness center and pool, beauty salon/barber shop, library, movie theater, safari lounge, and a business center with computers and printer. Our residents can enjoy group fitness classes, clubs, and much more without ever having to leave the community!
