Gold $4,670 – 340 sq. ft.
Platinum $5,615 – 371-437 sq. ft.
Double Platinum $7,505 – 680 sq. ft.
Respite Stay $225/day – 10 day minimum

APARTMENT INCLUDES

• 3 restaurant style meals a day, snacks and drinks
• Activities program and community outings
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• All utilities
• Transportation services to medical appointments within the region (see Transportation Coverage Map for details)

The type of services and assistance necessary to meet a resident’s individual needs determines the level of care and is determined by an assessment prior to admission. Level of Care is reassessed at Care Plan Conferences or as determined by staff.
