All-Inclusive Facility
Our facility is all-inclusive, meaning everything listed is included within the price. Currently, our monthly rent is $5000.00 and our community fee is $1500.00 (which can be broken up into 2 separate payments).
Respite Care
Included in this list is respite care. If you are not familiar with the term, it is essentially a temporary stay. Our respite rate is $150.00 a day. We do ask for a minimum of at least 3 days, but the services can be extended out for however long you need.

Facility Management
Our facility is ran by our ADON, who is a LVN. On the floor, we have a mixture of Medtechs, CNAs, and Caregivers. CNAs and Medtechs must take additional schooling outside of the facility to get their certificates. Caregivers are trained in-house by our nurse and seasoned staff members.
Security
Our facility is a locked unit. In order to get into the unit, you have to have the code, which is only given to staff and the POA of the resident. The code is changed whenever we feel it is necessary.
Moving and Transportation Services
By aiding the transition, do you mean do we provide moving services? We do not have transportation services, but we do have a vendor we can refer to you.
Issue Escalation
If the issue cannot be fixed at the base level with our floor staff, then they are able to escalate the issue to management, and we will take it from there.
Care Plan Meetings
Upon admission, we conduct a care plan meeting. After that meeting, the POA is notified every time there is a status change or incident. If the resident's condition has changed drastically, we will schedule another meeting to update the care plan.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are pet friendly.
Waitlist Information
No, we donβt have a waitlist for private pay, but we do have a waitlist for Medicaid.
Vaccinations
Lastly, we can do both the flu and Covid vaccinations.
Respite Care Offering
Our residents on respite receive the same care as our permanent residents and have access to all the amenities.
