Overview of Staff

Our staff consists of trained Med Techs, Trained Resident Care staff, and CNAs. Med Techs undergo a 6-hour training course initially, followed by 2-hour annual training and multiple community training events throughout the year. All staff members complete their training within the first 30 days of employment, as mandated by state regulations.

Yes, we provide transportation services for residents on scheduled days.

Dining Experience

We offer 3 home-cooked meals daily in our European-style dining area. Residents can enjoy light music, interact with their peers, and relish nutritious meals.

Complaints and Issues

Residents can voice their complaints or grievances to any member of management. The Administrator will address these grievances within 72 hours and work to correct the issue to the best of our ability.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families can request to be placed on an update list to receive a weekly call with updates about their loved ones.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays at $150 daily, with a minimum stay of 2 weeks. All fees are due at the time of admission.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. There is a non-refundable deposit, and residents must be able to care for their animals. No pets over 20 lbs are allowed.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Since we are currently outside of the pandemic, families are asked to take their loved ones to the clinic for Covid and flu vaccinations. We will accept vaccinations if set up by the family.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place in our community.
