Pet Deposit

When renting a home, there is a $250.00 pet deposit, $100.00 of which is refundable when you vacate and $150.00 stays with the home.

Monthly Pet Fee

We also have a monthly pet fee of $25.00 for one pet or $40.00 for two pets.

Cloverleaf Communities features four 55+ communities in four different areas.

Our 55+ communities are located in Delmont (Cloverleaf Estates East), Carnegie (Cloverleaf Estates West), Plum (Clover Commons), and Murrysville (Village of Clover Ridge).

Age Policy

In our 55+ communities, we can allow residents under the age of 55, as long as they would not be bringing any children under the age of 18.

Amenities

Our communities offer a wide variety of amenities included in the monthly rent or lot rent! All of our communities have a clubhouse and offer van service. Most clubhouses have a fitness studio, poker/billiard room, banquet room (free for residents to rent), and library. Select communities have an inground swimming pool, dog park, walking trails, putting greens, bocce court and more! There are also weekly and monthly community activities offered in each community!

We also have a monthly pet fee of $25.00 for one pet or $40.00 for two pets. No matter if you rent or purchase, we allow a maximum of two pets per home with only seven breed restrictions for dogs and a 100 pound combined weight limit when there are two dogs.
