Safety Measures

Safety Meetings with the Safety Committee once a month. Concierge present 7 days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Doors are secured to require key fobs access at 6:00pm daily once the Concierge is gone for the day.

Welcome Program

We have a New Welcome Program in place where each director visits the new resident and touches base with the resident's responsible party for the 30th day, 45th day, and 100th day. We also provide therapy.

Transportation

Yes, we provide transportation within a 10-mile radius.

Meals

The residents will receive 3 gourmet style meals a day: Breakfast at 7:30, Lunch at 11:30, and Dinner at 4:30. Additional snacks are available 24/7 in our Bistro.

Grievance Procedure

We have a Grievance Form for complaints or any issues at the Front Desk which are passed on to the Executive Director. A copy of the forms is kept in a Binder for records. We also have an open-door policy.

Inclusive Benefits

We are all-inclusive, so your monthly rent covers all utilities, meals, Wi-Fi, and cable. We also provide cable boxes.

Family Contact Program

We have The Family Contact Program in place where each director reaches out to the residents and their families monthly to ensure we are meeting their expectations. If not, we have plans of action in place.

Short Term Respite Stay

Yes, we offer Short Term Respite stay for 21 to 30 days. It is $225 a day, all-inclusive, including 3 gourmet meals a day.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, and we also have pet therapy for our residents.

Waitlist

No, we don't have a waitlist at the moment; however, we are filling up.

Vaccinations

Yes, residents have the option to get vaccinations in the community. We partner with CVS.

Aging in Place

Yes, our residents are able to age in place.
