We are a Skilled nursing facility located near HCA Florida Citrus hospital and you are more than welcome to come tour.

Types of Professionals on Staff and Training

We have RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and PCAs. Everyone has certifications except the PCA; they are in a hands-on learning program to help them receive their CNA certification.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

We have Nurses and CNAs here 24/7. We also keep the front door locked and have a memory care unit for patients with advanced dementia.

Support Services for Transition into the Community

Yes, when discharging, our social services can help with anything needed from setting up follow-up appointments to setting up home health services.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation to and from doctor's appointments. Anything personal would be done by family or paid for by the resident.

Dining Experience

We have a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu that changes daily. We also have an alternative options list that always stays the same in case residents don't like what is being made that day. We have a dining room for anyone that needs assistance or would just like to get out of their rooms to eat.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Residents would speak to social services, who would help write a grievance and make sure their issue is taken care of and resolved.

Cost of Living

This is a skilled nursing facility. It is $335 a day for a semi-private room and $355 a day for a private room. We also have a Medicaid specialist that can help apply for Medicaid.

Policy on Communication with Resident's Families

We set up a care plan after a week or so of being here, and our administration has an open-door policy. Families are always welcome to come in or call about their loved ones' progress.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Yes, it will be the same price as stated above unless covered by insurance, then it just depends on the insurance.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We allow dogs as long as you bring their shot records to be put on file.
