Dear Resident or Responsible Party

This is to inform you that Church Hill Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center will be increasing our daily room rates effective 1/1/24. The new rates are as follows:

• Private room rate: $325/Day
• Semi-private room rate: $310/Day

These rates are all inclusive and include items other providers may charge for. The following are exceptions to the all-inclusive rate:

• Physician ordered medical supplies, lab tests or ancillary services
• Pharmaceuticals
• Beauty salon expenses

These supplies or services will be billed to the resident or to the appropriate third-party payers.

Please note, under regulation, we must be at or above our Medicaid rate. At this time, we have reviewed our current rate and need to increase our private pay rate to accommodate this regulation. Current Medicaid Rate: $279.51.

We strive to provide services to our resident that meet your expectation at the most reasonable costs possible.
