Waitlist Information
For Market rate/Private Pay apartment offerings we are usually able to accommodate someone almost immediately as long as the individual is not looking for a specific size apartment and they are willing to accept the current opening. If the person is in need of a low income availability, there is a 1-2 year waitlist.
Staff and Training
Our team includes Administrative staff, Resident Service Manager, Chef and cooks, Housekeeping personnel, and Companions (CNAs) to provide activities of daily living, activity professionals. All staff undergo the required Assisted Living orientation and training throughout the year, including Emergency preparedness.
Resident Safety and Well-being

Transition Support Services
Yes, The Resident Service Nurse provides an orientation to resident and family, and all staff provide meet and greets and introductions to other residents.
Transportation Services
If the individual signs up for the Concierge program, the community provides up to 4 hours of transportation to and from doctor’s appointments. Otherwise, the community van is used for scheduled resident out-trips for recreational activities.
Dining Experience
Very good food. Continental Breakfast at 7am every day and a cooked breakfast is also offered 2x a week at 7am. Lunch is the main meal of the day at noon, and supper is at 5pm and it is of lighter fare. There is assigned seating in the dining room with people you are compatible with.

Cost of Living
Please call me regarding pricing and benefit offerings. We are an all-inclusive program however pricing is determined on whether you are living in a studio, alcove or one bedroom. Also, it is dependent on whether you have chosen the Market Rate, Private Pay Premium, or Concierge program. A wonderful feature about us is that when a person’s assets eventually deplete we will assist the individual onto the low income program and benefits so they are able to remain at Christopher Heights.
Communication with Resident's Families
If the status of an individual has changed we will contact the first point of contact to discuss the change. If it is emergent, we will contact 911 and have the person head down the hill to the ER, and we will notify the first point of contact. Otherwise, if the first point of contact is interested in an update and they are listed on the facesheet they are able to contact us to receive an update.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer a 90 day TRY Us program and it costs the same as it would per month as if the person were staying here permanently. The difference would be that the lease would be written out for 90 days instead of 12 months.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We have been coordinating Covid and Flu shots in the community with the preferred pharmacy.
Aging in Place
Yes. We are assisted living at Christopher Heights of Webster and we have numerous options that allow people to age in place. IF, a person is in need of skilled nursing care we will work with the resident or first point of contact to help find a safe and skilled environment at the skilled nursing home affiliated with our organization or a different facility that can meet their needs, based on availability at the time of need.
