Pricing Information

As far as pricing goes, that can depend on a few factors such as a person's insurance and what their insurance may cover. If paying privately, however, there is a daily rate for a semiprivate room of $300 per day and for a private room, the rate is $320 per day.

About Us

We are a small facility located in Chesterton, IN on Beverly Dr. Chesterton Manor, formerly known as Duneland Waters, has been serving the Chesterton, IN community for nearly 30 years by providing both rehabilitation and long-term care.

Nursing Care

We have skilled nursing staff including LPNs, RNs, and CNAs available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our nursing staff works twelve-hour shifts, which helps keep staff changes to a minimum of twice a day. This reduces confusion among residents and ensures a better continuum of care.

Dietary and Activity Services

We have a full dietary team that provides three meals and snacks a day. Our activity staff delivers life enrichment services such as bingo, music, entertainers, church, crafts, baking, and more.

Therapy Services

We have our own in-house therapy department offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as needed.

Medical Oversight and Ancillary Services

Several physicians and nurse practitioners oversee the care and needs of our residents. We collaborate with additional care professionals to meet ancillary needs such as podiatry, optometry, audiology, and psychiatry services within our facility, making it more convenient for residents.

Support Services

We have a full-time Social Worker to assist as needed, and a Business Office Manager who can help with the Medicaid Process, pending a financial screen.
