Overview of Staff and Training

We are an independent living community and do not have staff trained as caregivers. We have two couples that serve as live-in managers to assist in case of emergencies.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

Our facility is equipped with a fire/smoke detection and sprinkler system. Hallway exit doors lock automatically upon closing, while our main doors remain unlocked during business hours. After hours, entry is secured by card key access, provided to each resident.

Support Services for Residents

We offer support through resident ambassadors to help newcomers acclimate, alongside staff dedicated to making residents feel at home.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can bring any concerns or complaints to our community managers for resolution.

Cost of Living

The starting price for living in our community in 2024 is $3,145 per month, which varies based on square footage and availability.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication with residents' families is limited to emergencies or specific well-being concerns, unless the resident has given prior authorization for broader communication.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite stays but provide a guest suite for short trial stays, free of charge, typically ranging from a couple of nights to one week.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Waitlist Information

Yes, we currently have a waitlist for prospective residents.

Vaccination Services

We do not offer Covid or flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place with services from Legacy, an on-site third-party company offering physical, speech, and occupational therapy. We also welcome all outside care companies and hospice services to support our residents' needs.
