Waitlist/Community Fee

The total community fee is $3,000 and a payment of $1,500 will put you on the waiting list. This $1,500 is completely refundable until a commitment is made to rent an apartment. The $1,500 is then applied to the total community fee of $3,000 and is due at contract signing. Upon reservation of an apartment, rent will start in 14 days or an agreed upon date. $3,000

Pet Fee

• Acceptance of pets is at the Executive Director's discretion. This is a one-time fee and is non-refundable. Pet must be current on all vaccinations. $1,000*

About CherryWood Village

We are a locally owned family business with over 70 years’ experience creating, building and managing retirement communities. CherryWood Village has all three types of care (independent, assisted living and memory care) on campus with many home styles ranging from a studio to a penthouse or cottage. We have a partnership with the Adventist/OHSU hospital next door. Home Instead caregiving agency has an office on campus to service the needs of our independent residents to help them age in place. Our owners, the Wendell White family, live locally and have their own family members living on each part of the campus, so they are frequent visitors and have a very “hands on” approach to ensuring the well-being of our residents. This personalized approach really shows!

Amenities and Services

We have beautifully landscaped grounds with walking paths that take you past cascading waterfalls, community gardens and gazebos where you can relax and reflect. Our Village Square houses our Restaurant, Café, Beauty Salon, Theater, Library, Art Studio, large Gym, Pool, two activity rooms, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy office and a Health Services office that features an Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, Hearing Aid repair, Dental Hygienist and a Foot Care specialist.

Vitality Program

We also have an exceptional vitality program that we are very proud of. It offers everything from water aerobics to art classes as well as numerous off campus events and overnight excursions for the adventurous. We want to keep our residents connected with the Portland Metro community and much beyond!
