Facility Overview

At the present time, we do not have any openings for long term residents. We are an 85 bed facility, with 70 of those beds designated for long term residents. The remaining beds are reserved for patients requiring skilled nursing until they are strong enough to return home.

Medical Staff and Services

We have a medical director, Dr. Shah, who is also a local doctor with his own practice in Tightsqueeze. Dr. Ward oversees our patients on the Skilled Nursing side. We offer vaccines to every patient that comes to our facility. While we can sometimes provide transportation for our residents, we recommend that family members transport them to any upcoming appointments unless they have Medicaid, which pays for transportation to and from medical appointments.

Facility Access and Security

We are not a locked unit, and our front door is open for visitors during regular business hours. Our side doors are alarmed and will buzz if a patient attempts to leave.

Complaints and Concerns

Our Social Services Director will answer any and all complaints from family members or the residents. We maintain an open door policy, aiming to fix any problems ASAP.

Currently, our rates are $259.67 per day for a semi-private room and $297.67 per day for a private room. We do offer respite care for family members, with Medicare covering up to 5 days.
