Types of Professionals and Training

Our facility staffs various professionals to cater to different resident needs. In our Independent building, we have in-house care staff available to assist with a few necessary tasks. Additional help can be arranged through external services if more extensive care is needed, ensuring that the environment remains safe for independent living. Residents can transition to our assisted living building where comprehensive care is provided.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety of our residents, independent residents have the option to wear an Emergency pendant. If assistance is needed, they can press the button to alert our team. We will then call the resident and, if there's no response, physically check on them and assess the situation. In urgent cases, we contact 911 and notify the family.

Resources for Transition

We provide various resources to assist residents in transitioning into the community. This includes the support of a resident ambassador who helps guide new residents during their initial period in the community.

Addressing Complaints or Issues

Our community encourages residents to communicate their concerns through a suggestion box, managed exclusively by our resident Kelly. Issues are also addressed during monthly resident council meetings.

Communication with Families

As we do not provide care directly in the independent side, regular updates to families are not typically necessary. However, any severe changes in a resident's health will prompt us to contact their family to discuss the situation.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term respite stays with a minimum of two weeks on the Assisted Living side, priced at $256 per day. In the Independent side, these are considered guest stays with a two-day minimum at $156 per day.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Our community is pet-friendly, with a pet deposit of $1,000 required.

Current Waitlist Status

Currently, there is no waitlist for our community. We are offering attractive incentives for new residents.

Vaccination Availability

We have recently hosted an event for our residents to receive flu vaccinations and remain committed to providing access to Covid and flu vaccinations as needed.

Aging in Place

Residents have the option to age in place within our community. If more comprehensive care becomes necessary, they can transition to assisted living or arrange for additional external care services, provided it remains safe within the independent side.
