Chandler Place Overview

Chandler Place is an age in place community, which simply means that residents can move in independently, and then add services at a later date without moving or changing apartments.

Option 1: Independent Living Plus (New pricing structure)

• Rent for a one bedroom apartment plus “Wellness Care Package” for $2,250 per month (10 apartments available)

Rent includes:

• Continental breakfast every day
• Water and sewer
• Heat
• Trash
• Free wifi internet
• Access to shuttle within 15 mile radius
• Access to all activities
• Free laundry machines and detergent

Wellness Package (a $250 value)

• Resident is open to receiving nurse and caregiving services! (typically only available for residents that are paying Assisted Living Rent)
• An emergency call pendant
• Quarterly assessments by a registered nurse
• Monthly vital signs
• blood pressure
• temperature
• pulse rate
• respiration
• Monthly weight monitoring

In addition to rent you will pay:

• Additional nursing caregiving services outside above what is included in the Wellness Package, billed at the À la Carte rate
• Electric estimated at $25-$35 per month
• Telephone land line *optional
• Cable TV *optional

Option 2: Independent Living

• Rent for a 1 bedroom runs right around $2,000 per month
• Rent for a 1 bedroom with den or a 2 bedroom runs right around $3,000 per month

Independent 2nd person fee $250

Rent includes:

• Continental breakfast every day and 8 additional meals per month
• Water and sewer
• Heat
• Trash
• Free wifi internet
• Access to shuttle within 15 mile radius
• Access to all activities
• Free laundry machines and detergent

In addition to rent you will pay:

• Electric estimated at $25-$35 per month
• Telephone land line *optional
• Cable TV *optional

Option 3: Assisted Living

• Rent for a 1 bedroom starts at $3,585 per month
• Rent for a 1 bedroom plus den or a 2 bedroom apartment run right above $5,000 per month

(Independent 2nd person fee $250 with same meal plan for independent living above) or 2nd person Assisted Living fee of $650.

Rent includes:

• 2 meals per day, with leveled care package plan – 3 meals per day
• Weekly light housekeeping
• Heat
• Water and sewer
• Trash
• Free wifi internet
• Access to shuttle within 15 mile radius
• Access to all activities
• Free laundry machines and detergent

In addition to rent you will pay:

• Cost of cares package starting at $250 per month
• Electric estimated at $25-$35 per month
• Telephone land line *optional
• Cable TV *optional

Assisted Living Care Packages

An Assisted Living Care Package is determined after an assessment by licensed nursing staff and charged at an additional monthly rate.

Assisted Living Care Packages include three chef-inspired meals daily.

Respite Care

Whether you’re planning a vacation, traveling or simply need a break, Chandler Place’s respite care is the perfect solution for providing your loved one with the individualized care they need.

• Fully furnished apartment
• Housekeeping
• Laundry services (2 loads per week)
• Three chef-inspired meals per day
• 24-hour on-site staffing
• Basic cable TV
• Complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas
• Care services available including bathing, dressing, escorts and assistance with self-administered medication for an additional charge

Respite care is $150 per day. Additional services are available and can be purchased à la carte. Prices effective 01/01/2024 (subject to change)

Chandler Place is an age in place community, which simply means that residents can move independently, and if they chose to add some assistance down the line, there is no need to move or change apartments – we simply bring the services to the apartment they are in.
