Overview of Professional Staff and Training

• Resident Assistants- Educational Training and Hands-on training Every month.
• Medication Management Techs- Certification training and testing for Medication administration.
• LPN- Nursing School and educational throughout the year.
• RN – Wellness Director- Nursing School and Training and Certification of Instructor for CBRF course to be trained with staff.
• Culinary Director- Dietary training, Serve Safe certified.
• Activities Director- Educational 15 hours a year.

Safety and Well-being Measures

• Residents have Pendants (Necklace, or wrist band) for assistance calls, equipped with GPS and alarm monitoring.
• Staff conduct rounds at a minimum of every two hours.
• RN and LPN oversight of Medications, falls, change of condition, or any unknown sickness or injury.

Resources and Support Services for Residents

• Contracts with OT, PT, SP therapies for outpatient rehab.
• Collaboration with Blue Stone physician group for in-house visits.
• Podiatrist visits every 12 weeks.
• Partnerships with several Hospice agencies as per family choice.

Dining Experience

• Culinary Director and team provide three daily meals.

Resident Complaints and Issues

We fill out a grievance form and our administrator initiates an immediate investigation, aiming to resolve complaints or issues promptly.

Communication with Residents' Families

Upon admission, a policy and procedure are in place to ensure communication is only with authorized individuals, based on the resident's consent. Immediate updates are provided to P.O.A or Guardian in case of medical or injury-related incidents.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are available for a minimum of 14 days and no longer than 28 days, at a cost of $300.00 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are pet-friendly, subject to an assessment of the animal and owner, with a requirement for the resident to provide proper care and up-to-date vaccinations for the pet. A one-time pet deposit of $500.00 is required.
