Social work provides essential items needed for home transition, such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers, etc. We also offer transportation services to facilitate mobility and access to necessary appointments or errands.

Meals and Dining

Patients are brought to the dining room for lunch and dinner, ensuring they have access to nutritious meals in a social setting.

Feedback and Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to social work. Depending on the nature of the complaint, it will be brought to the correct party to be resolved promptly and efficiently.

Cost of Living

The cost of living varies based on room type: $550.00 for a private room, $510.00 for a semi-private room, and $490.00 for a 4-bed room. We accept both Medicare and Medicaid to help cover costs.

Care Plan Meetings

Care plan meetings are held with responsible parties to discuss the patient's needs and progress. Any questions following these meetings can be directed to the appropriate parties for further clarification.

Accommodations

We offer both short-term and respite care options to meet the varying needs of our residents. Our facility is pet-friendly, allowing residents to keep their beloved pets with them. Additionally, there is no waitlist, enabling timely access to our services.

Health and Safety

We provide both Covid and flu vaccines to ensure the health and safety of our residents. Furthermore, residents have the flexibility to transition from short-term to long-term care as their needs evolve.
