At our facility, we pride ourselves on the diverse and highly trained professionals that make up our team. Our Executive Director, Mary, has been leading us for 12 years, ensuring our facility remains a beacon of excellence in Austin. Cathy E, our Wellness Director, brings 18 years of experience alongside her BA from Iowa State. Our Director of Healthcare, an RN, has dedicated 9 years to our residents' health. Notably, our Chef Jason hails from the Culinary Institute of NY, bringing exceptional dining experiences to our community. We are proud to be the only facility in Austin that has maintained a stable management team over the last four years.

Support Services for Residents

To aid in the transition into our community, we offer a move-in buddy program, designed to make new residents feel welcome and supported.

Transportation Services

Our residents have access to transportation services, including hourly city transportation, ensuring they can easily navigate and engage with the wider community.

Dining Experience

We provide an all-day dining experience, offering breakfast, lunch, and supper, prepared under the expert guidance of our Chef Jason.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Should a resident have a complaint or issue, our Executive Director personally oversees the resolution process, ensuring every concern is addressed promptly and effectively.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication with our residents' families is tailored to the individual's status, ensuring families are kept informed about their loved ones' well-being in a manner that respects privacy and preferences.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Due to state regulations in MN, we are unable to offer short-term or respite stays in Assisted Living facilities.

Pet Policy

Our community is pet-friendly for cats, though we are unable to accommodate dogs at this time.

Vaccination Services

We provide access to both Covid and flu vaccinations within our community, ensuring our residents' health is a top priority.

Aging in Place

Our facility supports residents' ability to age in place, with availability depending on specific needs and potential waitlists for some apartments.
